Welcome to Cotswold UKIP.

I am standing for UKIP because I believe Europe is the defining issue in British politics today. Nothing else in British politics is as important as our country’s continuing loss of freedom and independence to the European Union.

Shamefully, the Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrat parties have all colluded in ceding British sovereignty to Brussels against the will of the people. Only UKIP supports what most people believe - that we should leave the European Union.

I’m not a ‘Little Englander’. Nor am I ‘anti-European’. I believe in European free trade, European collaboration and European partnerships.

It is the European Union I oppose. I oppose its corruption, its contempt for our traditional freedoms and the way in which it is destroying – has destroyed - British institutions and independence. We do not need to be members of the EU to trade with Europe or to play a major role in Europe and the wider world.”
